Since 1983 we have provided fleet service and emergency service to customers all over the Unites States.

Emergency Service

When a disaster strikes we send out technicians equipped to deal with the disaster; and we stay with our customers until normal power restores. We have responded to every East Coast hurricane since Hugo in 1989. Our people have kept generators running under the worst conditions.

During the 1996 season, we had 151 generators under our care called into use by Hurricane Fran. Of the 151 units called upon, we had NO failures. ALL of our units provided reliable emergency for the duration of the storm and for up to 30 days after until the normal power was restored.

Make no mistake. It took us ten years to get this equipment ready for such a disaster. We had to overcome engineering and quality control issues created by the generator manufacturer as well as installation problems provided by untrained and careless installing contractors. But, with proper preparation, we kept two cellular telephone companies on the air providing essential communications to North Carolina for the duration of the storm and recovery period. The wire lines were down. The competing wireless companies were down. Our systems were up!!

We had exactly the same success with Hurricanes Bertha, Opal, Erin, and Earl as well as a variety of ice storm, tropical storms, and snowstorms.

Fleet Service

We provide direct maintenance and inspection service using our own technicians and equipment. In order for this to be cost effective, our customers usually have 20 or more generators within a radius of 100 miles. If you have an interest in our direct service please call.

Some of our customers let us come in every year or two to put all their generators up into good condition and then allow their own maintenance personnel to take over with our technical support.
